Dear Village at Copper Homeowners;
This communication is pertinent to those of you who rent your homes and may not realize that per the Village at Copper documents, you are required to pay a 3% sales assessment on all rental income derived from renting your property.
While, the Property Management Companies at Copper, along with many individuals who rent on their own, have been paying this assessment, there are many owners who are not.
In an effort to make this policy fair and equitable, especially to those who have been adhering to the policy, the board has passes a new Resolution and Policy regarding Sales Assessments focused to those owners who are not participating.
