Hike MS

Saturday, July 24th

Hike MS, a brand new fundraising event brought to you by the Colorado Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, offers three beautiful mountain hike routes over varying terrain and mileage. Register today to join us on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Copper Mountain Resort and become part of a team working together to raise money for our shared mission. (Durango Hike MS coming Fall 2010.)

We mobilize people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by MS.

Coloradans' interest in outdoor pursuits and healthy activities makes this event perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, day hikers, current members of the MS Society family and community members who wish to support a great cause. Participants are encouraged to form teams and to hike with friends, family and co-workers.

Become a Hike MS Founding Participant by joining us this inaugural year and you will never pay future registration fees as long as you continue to participate in Hike MS. Although we do not have a registration fee this year, we do require a fundraising minimum of $50 per participant. Raising $50 is easy, ask 5 people for $10 and you will hit the minimum. Fundraising prizes will be awarded for advanced levels of fundraising.

The Hike MS day will begin with a nutritious continental breakfast set in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. After the Hike, participants will enjoy a tasty BBQ style lunch, live music performances and pampering by talented massage therapists.

For more information about Hike MS 2010, please contact Scott Mayeux at scott.mayeux@nmss.org or 1-719-634-2984 x203.
